Daylight savings time reminder

Hi all,

Please note that Europe has dropped back an hour last Sunday (October 30th) due to the end of Daylight savings.

Our OCPP TC meeting is scheduled at 4pm CET, which means that the start time might be different this week for participants in the following areas:

- US and Canada: 8am PDT / 11am EDT

- China: 23.00 CST

- Australia: 3 November @ 2am AEDT
