Voting members of the TC:

 

If you have plans for an extended period of absence during August during which you may miss TC meetings, could you please announce your leave of absence to this mailing list?

 

Barbara and I are asking for this so as to ensure your absence does not interfere with achieving quorum during the TC meetings. When you are on a leave of absence your voting rights are temporarily suspended and hence will not interfere with achieving quorum required to make decisions in the TC. You will regain your voting rights at the time of your return from leave.
