        Added index for open action items before the meeting in appendix, added index for issues in appendix, minor edits of discussion list items,  added document links to the new vocabularies in SVN for Core, Atom and Measures, added link to CSDL References document as presented during the meeting uploaded by Ralf after the meeting, removal of status indicators in updated notifications on issues (to avoid ambiguities w.r.t issue states after the meeting) esp. corrected ODATA-169 to Resolved, inserted correct summary for ODATA-164. Thanks to Ralf for spotting the latter two errata. Note: ODATA-96 is Resolved, as is ODATA-233. ODATA-232 is Open.
