        Edited link texts of different link targets (revisions) to make them different also, corrected linkage error for ODATA-226 (pointed to ODATA-225), replaced  by entities (in discussions and issue summaries copied into the minutes and replaced doubled ids (through appending the section numbers for the one occurring later) where necessary.
