        Description

        This document describes an interpretation of the CSDL elements Reference,

Using, AnnotationsReference, and the @Extends attribute of the  element

that allows a number of new use cases, including cross-service navigation,

annoting services not owned by the annotation author, and reuse of types

and annotations across services.
