Reminder – as some members are fairly new
and joined the TC recently, I want to mention that you can
directly register your attendance for TC meetings (up to 10
          minutes prior to a meeting).

Instructions:

1.
            Go to
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/odata/calendar.php and
open the specific TC meeting event you will attend.

2.
You will notice a link “Record
your attendance” available 10 minutes prior to the start of
that event. This allows you to directly register your
attendance up to 10 minutes prior to that event.

Registering your attendance directly (as
outlined above) helps avoid the overhead of having to do a
roll call every time, and also allows the meeting to reach
quorum sooner. Also, doing so a few minutes prior to the
scheduled start of the event allows the meeting discussions to
start promptly. So, please take note of this.

Thank you for your attention!

we also offer the current direct link to the registration on top of
the chat. Next week there will be the message:

@All: Self-registration opens approx. 10 minutes before meeting at
    https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/odata/event.php?event_id=34189
    ... please register yourself. Thanks.

     :-)

    All the best,

    Stefan
