SD24: defer to Pre-F2F
MJP25: defer to Monday
MJP26: rephrase rules to include exponential and NanInfinity representation
MJP27: use Int64 representation (currently JSON String)
SD28: MUST NOT in upper-case, "dereferenc..." on Monday
SD37: no action
SD39: remove paragraph, is redundant
HH40/MJP41: describe difference between navigation link and reference
4.9.2: more explanation, or switch to uncorrelated property, not foreign-key
RH46: define in F2F what relative URLs are relative to (request or service)
HH49: remove OrderID from nested Details and refer to Protocol
4.14: Open Ticket to make Edm. prefix required for primitive types
MJP60&61: use "when" in JSON
MJP60/61: Mike to talk to James Snell making "when" optional in AtomTombstone also
RH65: discuss in F2F
MJP70: accepted
