Three public comments mapped to issues and to be inserted into todays agenda as usual

Dear all,

    

    as we received three public comments today, I already mapped each
    one to a new issue.

    

    So we can formally process them today and as usual before processing
    other issues and documenting thus the links between comment N and
    issue M as well as OPEN the corresponding issues, so the members may
    discuss how to further process these issues in sequence with the
    other issues.
