Explicitly state what's allowed after /$all
-------------------------------------------

                 Key: ODATA-602
                 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/ODATA-602
Project: OASIS Open Data Protocol (OData) TC
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: OData URL Conventions
    Affects Versions: V4.0_OS
            Reporter: Ralf Handl
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: V4.0_ERRATA01

Be more specific on what is allowed after /$all, e.g. state that $select and $expand clauses are allowed if a type-cast segment has been appended after $all. This is already allowed and can be deduced from section 4.9.
