Dear members of the OData TC:

This confirms that OASIS has sent your v4.0 standards to ISO/IEC JTC 1, as a PAS submission as recommended by you.   Thanks as always for your work to develop and promote open standards.  

The nested .zip files containing the specification files have been omitted here, but the finalized Explanatory Report is attached.  Our thanks again to Ram Jeyaraman and Ralf Handl for their assistance in finalizing this package.
