It appears there was an issue in applying this change to section 3.1.1 odata.metadata=minimal. The new text has IEEE754Compatible added to the list of annotations (?!) and odata.metadataEtag is deleted.
IEEE754 is a format parameter and doesn't belong in the list of odata.metadata=minimal annotations.
