In odata-v4.01-wd01-part2-url-conventions we tackle some geo topics, but a) do not refer to GeoJSON and b) manage more or less our own namespace (ABNF and string naming conventions etc.) - looks OK (dito for odata-v4.01-wd01-part1-protocol and odata-v4.01-wd01-part3-csdl-2016-10-12).
