Feedback on "What's New in OData Version 4.01" as comments in online revision

Just a notification, that I finished a short feedback pass over the "What's New in OData Version 4.01" working draft (online revision) a few minutes ago.

I think it is already a good read, but found some nits and minor feedback to clarify intent at a few places.
