[OASIS Issue Tracker] (ODATA-1112) Default page size for server-driven paging

Michael Pizzo commented on ODATA-1112:
--------------------------------------

oh, but we should not confuse $top with server-driven paging.

$top should specify the max number the client is interested in getting, regardless of page size. server-driven paging defines how many rows the server is willing to give at a time, up to the number of rows specified in $top.
