We currently mention the use of relative URLs in request and response payloads but do not mention anything about allows relative URLs in headers. HTTP allows relative URLs in headers (for example, see [https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7231#section-7.1.2]Â) so the OData standard should mention it as well.
