The current text mentions that a delta response spread across multiple pages must be ordered to guarantee consistent application on the receiving side (section [11.3.2 Using Delta Links|http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.01/odata-v4.01-part1-protocol.html#_Toc31358967], fourth para).


 For single-page delta responses no statement is made about ordering and the fact that a single entity may be included multiple times in the response, as added, updated, and deleted entity.
