Please make these small changes.

Section 2.3.2 - remove reference to Gnopernicus. It is history.

Section 2.3.4 - delete the extra line breaks (too much white space)

Illustration of the pig - the number 1 is greyed.

Section 4.1 Take the bold off  svg:title and svg:description  (also believe this is svg:desc)

Section 4.1.2 - on page 33 there is a number 2 next preceding an indented paragraph starting with MS Office. the 2 and indent should go. The next paragraph starts with a 3. Same problem needs to be fixed.
