Latest ODF 1.2 internal draft - Heads up to ODF accessibility SC reviewers

I would like to pass off my impressions of the latest ODF 1.2 internal draft. Unfortunately, this draft has a large number of hole which makes it very difficult to do a review. 

Many elements are undocumented

There is no clear indication that tables in presentation support is provided. we will need to look at the schema draft 6 which is not in synch with version 7. Here is the 6.0 schema: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/download.php/25266/OpenDocument-schema-v1.2-draft6.zip.

The schema has been removed which makes it hard to determine what attributes belong to which elements. For now we should use the attribute reference: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/download.php/28192/odf-attribute-xref.ods

When we submit our changes we will need to mark up the main 1.2 specification and the schema document separately and submit both. The fact that the schema document is not synched with the actual document specification my be problematic.
