December 15 ODF Accessibility SC call

It appears that Peter Korn and I will be out Monday morning. Pete Brunet has agreed to chair the meeting. I will be posting the agenda.

I want people to review Hiro's proposal on linking and the ODF accessibility requirements base document I posted yesterday. At this point we only have 3 issues with ODF 1.2. 

- table caption

- radio buttong groups (TC is discussing)

- the ability to identify local links vs. external
