Hi Mike,

Here is the base document which is very similar to what we 
  submitted for ODF 1.0 forming the basis of ODF 1.1. At this point you should 
  collect and massage the document. Peter or I should deliver it to the ODF TC 
  when the group is ready. This should constitute the requirements we have with 
  the exception that the group may wish to edit them. The bulk of the work we 
  need to do for ODF 1.2 is in the best practices. Peter indicated he would try 
  to get an update merged draft out this week.

  background:
For table captioning I used table:caption-idref as opposed to 
  table:caption-id as a TC member preferred idref over id for draw:captionid. 
  You will also notice I made some editorial changes to the accessibility 
  appendix in response to changes in the ODF specification.

Hiro, would 
  you review the section on local links and see if this is sufficient in terms 
  of requirements and get any changes to Mike?

I am happy to update the 
  requirement on radio button groups but it seems this issue has been raised and 
  the solution is still being batted around. It may in fact fix 
  itself.
