Index Structure (ODF all versions)

Dear ODFistas,

In 7.2.1 we learn:

The index body is the same for all types of indices.

I think what is meant is:

"The index body has the same element type (<text:index-body>) for all
types of indices."

Also, ODF sometimes mentions "indices", sometimes "indexes". It would be
nice to standardize on one form - preferably "indexes" since you've got
an element with that as a substring.
