Keeping up the momentum

A suggestion -- We decided as a group
to work electronically rather than have a weekly call.  That's fine.
 But perhaps we still want to have the formality of a weekly status
update email, so we can track open items, progress on tasks, etc.  
Something that can keep us focused on the short-term chunks of work we
can make progress on.

Thoughts?
