New round, drafting function definitions for the remainder

I have the following people working on the following sections for the next ~7 days:
Andreas J. Guelzow - statistical
Tomas Mecir - math/trig
Robert Weir - financial

Can anyone else work in the next 7 days? If so, what
section would you prefer?

I need it all back by Aug. 2, Wednesday, 7PM EST
("whatever you've done"), so I can merge and resend out.
BEFORE that time, if you can work on a section for the next week of time,
let me know what section you'd like.
