Section 4.7 Array: 1x1 arrays

Hi,

Section 4.7 Array says:

Why not permit 1x1 arrays? What's wrong with them?

Arrays of arrays should not be specified, at least not yet. There is no
real need having them and the implications and side effects it may have
in particular functions isn't clear at all.
