DateInfo/TimeInfo/DateParam/TimeParam/Date/Time

Hi,

Section "6.9 Date and Time Functions" has a

| TODO: Should we create a new pseudotype DateInfo and TimeInfo, which can
| either be the date/time serial number OR a string that is automatically
| converted

I think that's a leftover and superfluous now that we have and use
DateParam and TimeParam, am I right?

Same for

| TODO: Should some of these return a subtype (Date, Time)?

that are already used in return values. However, are they used
everywhere where applyable or do we have to check things over?
