LEGACY.NORMSINV, LEGACY.NORMSDIST, why LEGACY?

Hi,

NORMSDIST and NORMSINV are listed as LEGACY.NORMSDIST and
LEGACY.NORMSINV, I think we should use the usual names without the
'LEGACY.' instead, there's no need to arbitrarily create a difference.
