This revision is based on openformula-20070322-wheeler.odt, with all
RecordChanges of that document accepted and a TODO comment added to the
NUMBERVALUE function according to the ongoing discussion on the mailing
list.

New function MULTIPLE.OPERATIONS and some corrections based on comments
submitted to the office-comments mailing list, also some corrections to
the NUMBERVALUE test cases where the function name read VALUE instead of
NUMBERVALUE.

All changes tracked with RecordChanges enabled.
