Proceeding with the spec document

Hi,

As now Patrick is reviewing the document, how do we want to proceed with
further modifications? I continued working on
openformula-20070322-wheeler-rathke.odt keeping all ChangeRecords and
adding stuff. Shall I upload new revisions regularly, using the usual
openformula-200704##.odt naming? Or better collect changes and do it in
one stroke? Does anyone else have modifications that need to be merged
in?
