Is anyone currently editing the document?

Hi,

I'd like to add some details for some functions/operators to the spec.
I plan to do so during the next week, is anyone currently working on the
document? If so, please commit it to the repository until weekend. If no
one objects I'll take that as a "go ahead, please" ;-)
