3.3 OpenDocument Calculation Settings

Greetings,

Has there been any past discussions about making the calculation settings additional arguments for affected functions to improve the portability of documents.  Case-Sensitive and search-criteria-must-apply-to-whole-cell are the ones that I'm primarily referring to.
