Editing example

Greetings!

David Wheeler asked for an example of taking out comments about 
applications and how it would impact the text.

I have attached such an example to this post.

Realize that at least some of the information that I mark as deleted 
will reappear in other contexts that are more appropriate.

Error conditions for example, should be stated under the functions where 
they occur.

And applications meet the requirements for processing a text that 
conforms to OpenFormula. (Which should appear in a structured 
conformance chapter.)

Realize this is a first cut and is for illustrative purposes only.
