New issue filter: Unresolved OpenFormula ODF 1.2

Hi,

I created a new "popular" issue filter "Unresolved OpenFormula ODF 1.2"
that lists unresolved OpenFormula comments targeted to ODF 1.2,
excluding all other targets such as ODF-Next. Currently 26 issues less
than the plain "Unresolved OpenFormula" filter.
