How to change status of a JIRA issue?

Hi,

I am trying to change the status of JIRA Office-2015 to
PROPOSED-RESOLVED, but I seem to be unable to find how to do that. (I
was able to assign it to myself and I am able to edit it, but I see no
way of changing the status.)
