I just uploaded a new revision of the draft with your changes accepted,
with a few exceptions, see comment of the uploaded revision.

One Addition: in 5.12.36 PDURATION you changed a parameter's name from
desiredValue to specifiedValue and also adapted occurrences in the
semantics. The name was also used in the mathematical formula, I changed
it there as well. Please take care of that when changing parameter
names.
