Treasure bills

Greetings,

To follow up on Eike's question about TBILLEQ, the following may be helpful:

I persist in thinking that the same calculation could be applied to any 
financial instrument with less than a one year maturity that was sold at 
a discount.

I hesitate to suggest additional material, ;-), but for very US finance 
centric functions it might be helpful to have *non-normative* references 
to additional materials.
