Not worth a JIRA issue - 5.1 Function names ignore case. ?

Greetings!

Just looking for a quick fix.

Do we mean Functions ignore case?

But that would not make sense for the text functions.

Function names per se are probably indifferent to a lot of things. Why 
mention this one?

Or do we mean that evaluators ignore the case of function names?
