TDIST

Attached please find a proposed reformulation of the description of the
TDIST function. 

Note that this describes the TDIST function from Excel 2007 and OOo 3.1.
Gnumeric currently permits negative x (using abs(x) in the tails=2 case)
but that is expected to change.
