Minor typo issues

Greetings!

Unless someone objects, I will start picking up any typo issues (I 
suspect those are going to only increase) and open/propose/resolve them 
as they come in. Anything that looks iffy or perhaps subject to 
differing views I will allow to remain unassigned until the next SC call.
