Re: [office-formula] No more regularly-scheduled OpenFormulameetings on Tuesdays

As discussed at today's TC teleconference, we are cancelling formula teleconference meetings on Tuesdays as a regular meeting.  If there is a need for one in the future, we will schedule one.

In some sense, this means we have turned a corner; a large number of issues have been resolved!  I think this is good evidence that the OpenFormula spec (part 2) is in good shape.

My *SINCERE* *THANKS* to the many, many people who contributed to the formula specification.  All of your contributions are very much appreciated.
