So as to refocus the discussion and get these two questions dealt with I have updated the Anticipated Audience page by including a spreadsheet for the various audience types along with their definitions:
Implementors & Vendors: Commercial and Open Source distributors of ODF native or compatible applications and tools.
Integrators & Developers: Third-party developers and integrators who interact with ODF.
Users: End Users of ODF applications and tools, including both typical and 'power' users.
Procurers & Purchasers: Procurers and purchasers of ODF-related technology.
Regulators & Authorities: Officials who specify the use of document standards.
Testers & Certifiers: Third-party testing and certification labs.
I've tried to include all the feedback received on this thread and be reasonably verbose (eg specific) with the titles and definitions; let me know if I've got it wrong or if there's anything I've missed. Unless there's more commentary this round it's over to you for the next question(s).
