Since the purpose of the wiki or other collaborative tool:
-
Is not to create official OASIS output and therefore not subject
to the OASIS IPR policy or the TC Process, and
-
includes individuals who may or may not be OASIS members,
it sounds like the most reasonable approach would be to use Google
Docs.
Rob, as moderator of this discussion list, feel free to set up a
document – which should be set to viewable by all (world) and writable by those
who request to be added. Be sure to post a link in an email message so it shows
up in the email archives.

Hi folks,
While at first brush it may seem like a reasonable idea,
a TC wiki cannot be used for this purpose. First, only members of a TC can post
to a TC wiki – in accordance with OASIS policies. Secondly, a TC wiki is
intended as a workspace for TC work, not for work unrelated to that particular
TC. And we do not have a TC yet for OIIC.
I am looking into the possibility of having a wiki set up
that is not tied to Kavi TC roles and will be open to all since OASIS
membership is not required to participate on this list.
