Purpose of List

Hi everyone,

  I'm chiming in again to remind everyone of the purpose of this list. Per the
OASIS TC Process Section 2.1:

"... Discussion on the list is restricted to evaluating the interest in
proposing a new OASIS TC, and defining the proposal for one or more new OASIS
TCs."

Discussion of any actual work (on this list) is prohibited.
