(1)(f) and (1)(g) -- audience and working language

OK.  Sounds like no objection to
'RF on Limited Terms' for an IPR mode for the proposed TC.  Let's
record that.

Two more to discuss:

1f. The anticipated audience or users of the work.

1g. The language in which the TC shall conduct business.

(And yes, I am holding off on the big
questions -- statement of purpose and scope.  We still have some "big
picture" side discussions ongoing, and when these are resolved we
may have greater consensus on the big questions.  Or maybe we won't.)
