1) Yes, Bird is up to date on their payments. The 2nd installment was due on 12/15/2020

however was received just after the beginning of the year on Jan 6th.ÂÂ

2) The Annual OODF Host fee is $50,000 and renews in June 2021.ÂÂ

 The $50,000 fee covers revenues up to $625k during the annual period from

 June 2021 to May 2022. It seems unlikely OMF will exceed that amountÂ

 based on projections thru 12/31/2021.ÂÂ

3) You shouldÂbe able to see the month-by-month budget in the spreadsheet I sentÂ

 Âyou, the columns were hidden.ÂÂ

1) Where do we stand on receivables? Is Bird behind on a payment per their agreed schedule?

2) Can you help me understand how the OODFÂHost Admin Fee is calculated and accounted for? The amount charged this year seems high relative to our income, though I know it may reflect the complexities of billing / revenue recognition.

3) Do you have an updated month-by-month P&L for the year? Would be helpful to see everything on one sheet.
