 I will answer separately to your query yesterday, for internal purposes. Obviously Scott has given you correct information on OMF's legal address. Definitely that's the applicant's address; not Jascha's personal address, have a heart, he's on parental leave :)

 We're available to answer questions, to the limited extent that might be helpful. but obviously, your filing actions are directed by OMF's officers (Jascha Franklin-Hodge and Mike Schnuerle), not us at OASIS. We were aware of the involvement of Adam Stephenson of your office, in making some initial filings for "TMF" and then re-filings for "OMF" in 2019, as originally requested by Todd Peterson and thereafter as directed by Jascha on behalf of your client, which is OMF.

As you know we need to respond to the USPTO's action by tomorrow. I talked with the trademark attorney Kevin Hawkes and have a few final questions.

Â

1) What is Jascha'sÂBoston mailing home office address? We need a US address where the OMF is based, and currentlyÂit's listed to Todd Peterson in Arizona, from the time before Jascha was hired as ED.

We need that address ASAP, then I will approve the $550 for the response.

Â

2) In the coming months we need to prove use of the OMF trademark in commerce for the Statement of Use. I'll let Kevin specify what documents are needed to show that we are taking in funds for services/membership, and look to OASIS to provide
 what is appropriate to share with this application.
