See amended bylaws attached. The Board has removed the fund segregation associated with regulated/non-regulated entities. They have also established a path for voluntary membership dues, though to details of these will still be sorted out in the months ahead.

At yesterday's meeting, the Board approved the changes to the bylaws. The updated bylaws (v1.60) are attached in both clean and redline version. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We are proposing to amend the OMF bylaws in the coming months. The changes would 1) set up a path for voluntary contributions for public sector members, and 2) change our approach to segregating funds paid by commercial (non-public) members. The attached document details the changes.

Per our bylaws, we are required to provide 14 days advanced notice before the Board votes on any proposed bylaws change. The attached serves as this notice.
