Attached is an updated version of the H2 Forecast. I've stayed conservative on the revenue from (projecting one new member for H2). I've dialed down expenses as well given limited projected travel / in-person meetings.
I think there's a decent chance we overperform on both the revenue and expense side, but this feels like a comfortable middle case projection.
Is it possible to get an updated Operations Report that reflects the revised H2 forecast?
