this is exactly as they described when they migrated to us - they intend to transition from voluntary dues to "required" (though they may be ready to make exceptions for some entities that contribute meaningfully with work)

Hi Jamie,
Way back when you helped us develop initial Samvera Bylaws, we had a note that when we begin requiring Partner dues, we will need to update the Bylaws with language about those required dues. This is  the first year with required dues so we are ready to change the Bylaws.
Do you have some common language we can use to add this? Carolyn has added some language to this proposal but we wanted to see what you think is best:
