Fwd: Update to Samvera Bylaws to allow for dues collection

FYI we received (as OODF LLC) and I have tentatively approved this bylaws change by Samvera, adding this text to the Bylaws:  "The Samvera community and its technology are directly supported through financial resources. Partners will pay a yearly dues fee in order to support Samvera and to maintain their Partner status."  Any thoughts?  Seems straightforward to me, and they have other adequate other bylaws mechanisms to administer their budget, including setting those dues.
Per the charters, we should notify the OASIS Board of it, when it passes the Samvera board.

Hi Jamie,
Way back when you helped us develop initial Samvera Bylaws, we had a note that when we begin requiring Partner dues, we will need to update the Bylaws with language about those required dues. This is  the first year with required dues so we are ready to change the Bylaws.
Do you have some common language we can use to add this? Carolyn has added some language to this proposal but we wanted to see what you think is best:
