OMF Forecast for 2022 & 2023

Hi,
I have put together 2 budgets for 2022,  1) Best case scenario if OMF meets the balance of their revenue targets and
2) Worst case scenario if OMF is only able to keep its existing members.
Depending on OMF's ability to
secure additional funding (new members/grants ) for the remainder of 2022, will determine how to proceed going forward.  With an annual salary budget of $576k and OODF hosting fee of $50k, OMF will need to secure funding of $626k  just to continue to operate without additional funding for consultants, travel or conferences.
In our meeting tomorrow,
we will need to discuss OMF's plans on securing renewals/funding and possibly reducing expenses further.
